Our baked-in method of roof hatch repair and replacement is ideal for caravan/motorhome roofs that pool or pond around hatches. The membrane we apply will hold water indefinitely, preventing water from seeping around the hatch/vent structure and into your motorhome or caravan.    

Ponding and pooling around hatches is a major cause of leaking. We embed the hatch into the roof membrane using a high-quality silicone coating that will hold water indefinitely.  

We Bake It In!    

We not only reseal around the hatch; we also bake (embed) it into the roof structure/membrane using our silicone roof-repair expertise. The hatch/vent becomes part of the roof membrane, preventing water from penetrating around it. This ensures absolute water tightness on your motorhome or caravan roof.

Hatches and vents are embedded into the roof membrane, ensuring complete water-tightness around the hatch. Water is unable to penetrate it.
